Search Engines
Search Engine placement is a much sought after marketing goal. Many companies
offer lofty promises of top ten placement on the biggest search engines with
amazing results, etc.. This is amuseing because a good developer will tell you
that if the code on the website, the actual code written by the developer, if
that code isn't written in the correct way, many search engines will never find
your site.
The bottom line is this. If the code is written correctly, if the site is
submitted correctly, and if you know all the little idiosyncrasies, effective
site submission can be obtained. We know the idiosyncrasies, we've been doing it
for years.

Reporting
The value of good marketing data has reached new heights with the advent of web
sites. This does not only pertain to how many "hits" you've had. We think
further. For instance, if you sell a product that has a shelf life of 1 year,
wouldn't it be great to automatically email all customers that purchased that
particular product a coupon for another product 1 year from date of
purchase.
Maybe you want to email a little somthing to all your previous website
viewers who haven't visited the site in 6 months. These are the "out-of-the-box"
marketing approaches obtained by intelligent reporting that can keep your
website marketing efforts, usefull, and profitable.
